| ISSO Seva’s policy is to improve the lives of susceptible people by mobilizing the power of humanity. Often, these are victims of natural disasters, poverty brought about by socio-economic crises, refugees, and victims of health emergencies. The Seva Humanitarian Program carries out relief operations to assist victims of disasters, and combines this with development work to strengthen the capacities of its member. The program works to focus on core areas of promoting humanitarian values, disaster response, disaster preparedness, health, and community care. |

| ISSO - Seva is a coalition of Health Care Professionals (physicians, nurses, dentists, optometrists, pharmacists, medical technicians) and volunteers, who all share the vision of providing health care and community service. ISSO-Seva will focus the direction of its humanitarian services on a case by case basis. |
| Partnering with domestic and international charitable organizations in the crusade against eliminating poverty and hunger, ISSO Seva will work vigorously to provide relief to the victims of natural disasters worldwide. By serving humanity, we will cultivate a safer, healthier, and happier world one soul at a time. |
| Organizational Structure |
| ISSO-Seva's board of directors is the organization's governing body as per its bylaws and constitution. All board members are volunteers and serve without compensation. Members undertake to respect their professional code of ethics and to maintain complete independence from all political, economic, or religious powers. |
